Shipping and returns

Delivery

Orders ship from Osijek, Croatia. The delivery methods available and their prices are shown in the cart and at checkout and depend on the destination country. We usually hand an order to the carrier within 1 to 2 working days of payment; pre-orders ship as soon as the product arrives. When the parcel is handed to the carrier we send you an e-mail with the tracking number.

Check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, ask the courier for a damage report and contact us.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you (or a person you named) received the goods, without giving a reason. The deadline is met if you send your statement before it expires.

1. Send us a clear statement of withdrawal (by e-mail or by post to 4U d.o.o., Ivana Zajca 34, 31000 Osijek, Croatia, OIB 74109715528) with your order number.
2. Return the goods within 14 days of sending the statement to 4U d.o.o., Ivana Zajca 34, 31000 Osijek, Croatia. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
3. We refund the payment, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your statement, by the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. For sealed products (booster packs and boxes, collections), opening the factory seal permanently reduces the product's value.

Complaints

If a product is defective or you did not receive what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We answer a written complaint within 15 days.
