Terms of sale

1. The seller

The TCG Mafia web shop is operated by 4U d.o.o., Ivana Zajca 34, 31000 Osijek, Croatia, OIB (personal identification number) 74109715528 (the seller). TCG Mafia is a brand of 4U d.o.o.

These terms apply to every purchase in the web shop. By placing an order the customer confirms having read and accepted them.

2. Products and prices

  • All prices are in euros (EUR) and include 25 % Croatian VAT (PDV).
  • Delivery is not included in product prices; it is shown before payment and on the payment page.
  • Photographs are illustrative. We take care that descriptions are accurate; obvious errors in a price or a description do not bind the seller, and we tell the customer before delivery and offer a full refund.
  • Products are original, factory-sealed products of the manufacturer named in the description, unless the description says otherwise.

3. Ordering

The customer chooses products, enters delivery details, chooses a delivery method and confirms the order by paying for it. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds; we confirm the order by e-mail to the address the customer gave. Quantities in the cart are held for the customer only while payment is in progress.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider; the seller never sees or stores them. Discount codes are entered on the payment page. For every paid order we issue a receipt in line with Croatian fiscalisation rules and send it by e-mail.

5. Pre-orders

Products marked as a pre-order have not been released yet or have not reached our warehouse. A pre-order is paid when it is placed and shipped as soon as the product arrives. The expected release date is shown with the product; if the publisher moves the date or reduces the quantity delivered, we tell the customer by e-mail and, if the customer wishes, refund the full amount.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods, prices and times are listed on the Shipping and returns page and during checkout. The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer when the parcel is received.

7. Right of withdrawal

A customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The procedure is described on the Shipping and returns page.

8. Liability for defects and complaints

The seller is liable for material defects of the goods under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act. A complaint can be made in writing to the seller's address or by e-mail; we answer a written complaint within 15 days of receiving it. The contents of sealed products (booster packs, boxes and the like) are randomly assorted by the manufacturer, so the absence of a particular card is not a defect.

9. Disputes

The seller and the customer try to settle any dispute amicably. A consumer may also turn to alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies and use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
